Shipping Policy

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. However, depending on the Royal Mail depot in your local area, there is a possibility of occasional Saturday deliveries.
Orders may be subject to a processing or handling time before they are shipped.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your items. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to become active. We utilise ‘Royal Mail Tracked 48’ service, which typically takes 2-3 working days for delivery.

We take utmost care and attention to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way, please inform us, and we will address the matter promptly.

In the event that your product arrives damaged, kindly ensure that you take adequate photographs of the damaged goods and packaging before contacting us.
