Delivery and returns information for Mojo Apothecary customers in the UK.

Shipping area
Mojo Apothecary currently ships within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Delivery method and cost
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.99 per order unless a valid free-shipping coupon or promotional code is applied at checkout.
Free shipping is not automatically applied based on order value. Where available, free shipping will be applied only through an eligible coupon or promotional code.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to process orders promptly after payment has been received. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Royal Mail service levels, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact, unless your statutory consumer rights apply.
How to request a return

Return postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photographs where relevant so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and checked, any eligible refund will usually be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
